Payment

By paying the Client Onboarding Fee you are accepting these terms and conditions sent to you during the onboarding process, and you agree to be legally bound by this clickwrap agreement ("Agreement") between you ("client") and Contracting and Agency Services and affiliates ("Service Provider") including, but not limited to, proposals, service fees sent to you, terms and conditions of general engagement terms of Service Provider and its related companies both existing and incorporated in the future, including the footnotes, and other documents governing the relations between the parties to which they must adhere. In particular, the processes of "due diligence" and international legal compliance ("Know Your Client - Anti-Money Laundry requirements") of the parties involved. This represents a fundamental requirement for our participation in client onboarding. This requirement is applicable to any individual, entity, partnership, or commercial ally in connection with any proposed project. This agreement governs your use of the professional services provided by Contracting and Agency services and affiliates. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions proposed by Service Provider. Company reserves the right to refuse service to prospective clients at its discretion.
